张再旺，男，中共党员，山东滨州人，主要从事污染物生态毒理效应与控制等方面的研究工作，主持参与国家级、省部级及各类科研项目20余项，发表论文60余篇，获滨州市自然科学优秀学术成果奖多项，获“山东省大学生科技节优秀科技创新导师”等称号。
